That’s why we welcome professionals who are ready to grow, learn, and bring their perspective to the energy challenges of today and tomorrow.** **Here, you’ll find a place to grow and unlock your full potential.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Key Information:** Team: Safety, Quality, and Environment Location: Lima, Peru Experience Level: Minimum 3 years in similar roles Work Type: On-site **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct industrial risk diagnostics to prevent accidents, as well as implement actions to mitigate their consequences. * Perform safety condition assessments and analyses, issuing preventive and/or corrective recommendations. * Develop strategies to maximize effectiveness in accident prevention processes. * Identify, analyze, and prioritize risks using established procedures and technological tools. * Design and execute initiatives aimed at motivating, training, and informing personnel on Industrial Safety. * Develop and manage Industrial Safety Programs in compliance with applicable national laws, decrees, official regulations, corporate policies, and international standards. * Provide technical and professional support to the Refinery on Process Safety and Risk Studies. * Prepare periodic reports on activities performed. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract * Health insurance (EPS) * Continuous training * Growth opportunities **You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:** * Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the energy and/or mining sectors * Knowledge of legal regulations concerning Process Safety * Familiarity with Safety Management, Environmental Management, Quality Management, and Energy Management procedures applicable to this role * Knowledge of Hydrocarbon Environmental Legislation * Incident Management and Investigation * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
