Job Description: Route Merchandiser – SODIMAC / PROMART \| Full-time Employment **Full-time employment from day one!** At **ACSA**, a leading company in the distribution of products for the electrical and industrial sectors, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of **Route Merchandiser**. Responsibilities * Execute product restocking, display, and organization at points of sale. * Identify opportunities to improve product display, presentation, and rotation. * Negotiate strategic shelf space with category managers and store management. * Keep pricing and POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials up to date. * Report daily inventory levels and stockouts. * Complete assigned visit routes. Requirements * Minimum of **2 years** experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Promoter, or in similar roles. * Experience with companies in the **hardware, electrical, or construction** industry, serving stores such as **SODIMAC, PROMART**, or supermarkets. * Knowledge of electrical or hardware products. * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and results orientation. * Availability to conduct route visits across various areas of Lima.
