Job Summary: We are seeking a Technology, Data and Business Intelligence Manager to lead the company's technological transformation, driving portfolio recovery and optimizing operations. A debt collection sector company with over 20 years of market experience managing diverse financial system portfolios, bank entity accounts, and others. We are currently seeking to incorporate the position of “Technology, Data and Business Intelligence Manager” into our team. **Purpose of the Position**: Design and lead the company’s technological transformation. Convert data, artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics into competitive advantages that improve portfolio recovery, reduce operational costs, enhance customer experience, and enable sustainable business scaling. **Expected Outcomes:** * Over 50% of simple interactions automated. * Significant reduction in collection cost per account. * Higher recovery per collector. * Predictive recovery scoring. * Automatic account prioritization. * Dynamic debtor segmentation. * Real-time customer dashboards. * Collection intelligence services. * New data-driven business lines. * Scalable cloud architecture. * Channel integration. * Consolidated data governance. **Responsibilities:** * Define the technology strategy. * Lead the short-, medium-, and long-term AI strategy. * Manage sound data governance. * Develop Business Intelligence, including dashboards for General Management, Operations, Commercial, and external stakeholders. * Eliminate manual processes through automation. * Manage technology vendors, evaluating CRM, Bots, Telephony, WhatsApp Business, AI, Cloud, and Security solutions. * Manage corporate cybersecurity by leading policies, controls, access management, audits, and business continuity. **Competencies:** SQL, Data Warehouse, Power BI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. Proficiency in API-based integrations and automation. AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, AI Agents. **Additional Knowledge:** * Python. * JavaScript / TypeScript. * REST APIs. * FastAPI, Node.js or similar frameworks. * React / Next.js at functional level. * BigQuery, PostgreSQL or SQL Server. * Git / GitHub. * Docker. * ETL / ELT. * Automation using Apps Script, n8n or similar tools. * Integrations with telephony, WhatsApp Business API, CRM and cloud platforms. * Knowledge of data security and protection of sensitive information. **Professional Profile:** Systems Engineer, Computer Science Engineer or Software Engineer. **Ideal Experience**: Fintech, Digital Banking, Corporate SaaS, Analytics Companies.
