




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and honest Warehouse and Dispatch Assistant to perform inventory management, stock control, warranty handling, and order preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory and stock control 2. Prepares and dispatches orders efficiently 3. Organizes documentation for customs declarations WE ARE A COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE IMPORT AND DISTRIBUTION OF AUTOMOTIVE ACCESSORIES, AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR A WAREHOUSE AND DISPATCH ASSISTANT WITH THE FOLLOWING PROFILE: \-Student or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (preferred) \-No experience or 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions \-Proactive, honest, good communicator, and eager to learn. \-Resident of the Magdalena del Mar district or nearby areas. \-Driver's license: Class A1 (for cars) or motorcycle license (preferred) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: INVENTORY MANAGEMENT WAREHOUSE ORGANIZATION STOCK CONTROL WARRANTY MANAGEMENT (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS) ISSUANCE OF SHIPPING GUIDES ORGANIZING DOCUMENTS (SHIPPING GUIDES, INVOICES) FOR CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS ORDER PREPARATION AND DISPATCH TO AGENCIES COORDINATION OF MOTORCYCLE DELIVERIES MAINTAINING ORDER AND CLEANLINESS IN THE WORKPLACE COORDINATION OF DAILY SUPPLIES PROCUREMENT WORKING CONDITIONS WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM LOCATION: Magdalena del Mar district (near Av. del Ejército) SALARY: PEN 1200\-1300 PER MONTH (subject to evaluation) SEND YOUR RESUME TO: administracion@grupoautoresp.com Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
