We are looking for two Commercial Executives for a freight and customs agency to join our team. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate or student in Administration, Communications, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in sales call centers. * Ability to negotiate, build business relationships, and close business opportunities. * Results-oriented with commitment to achieving goals. * English at basic or intermediate level. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and advise companies interested in international logistics solutions. * Respond to inquiries and follow up with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels. * Promote international transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, and distribution services. * Generate new business opportunities through meetings. * Achieve the objectives and performance indicators set by the commercial department. **We Offer:** * **Continuous training and** a professional growth path. * **Compensation:** S/ 1,130 (fee-based payment, with possibility of transitioning to payroll starting from the third month) * Uncapped commission payments. * On-site work mode. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Payroll enrollment upon successful completion of the probationary period (3 months) Salary: Starting from S/.1,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
