Ongoing technical training **Join Exirium S.A.C.!** We are currently looking for committed, responsible, and growth-oriented **Construction Helpers** eager to develop within the construction and installation sector of aluminum and glass structures. Requirements * Basic proficiency with cordless drills. * Availability to travel to different construction sites across Metropolitan Lima. * Good physical condition to perform operational tasks. * Availability to attend our workshop located in Ate Vitarte. * Prior experience in construction, installations, or related fields is desirable. Responsibilities * Assist in installing aluminum and glass windows, partitions, and railings. * Load and unload materials and tools. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with established safety rules and procedures. * Carry out tasks assigned by the site supervisor. * Participate in technical and safety training sessions. Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including 1-hour lunch break). * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation * Weekly payments. * Overtime pay in accordance with current regulations.
