




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible pastry technician to prepare and decorate products, manage stock, and maintain cleanliness in the pastry area, adhering to good food handling practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and decoration of pastry items. 2. Stock management and cleaning of the pastry area. 3. General use of pastry equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Basic preparations (cookies, empanadas, creams, cookie icing, cakes, etc). \- Decoration with glaze, fudge, and buttercream (cakes). \- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date stock in the pastry area. \- Compliance with good food handling practices. \- General use of pastry equipment. \- Cleaning and disinfection of the pastry area and tools. REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical training in pastry. \- Two years of experience in operational/production roles. \- Valid food handler’s health certificate. \- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). **Requirements** · Minimum education: Pastry Technician · Years of experience: 2 · Age: between 24 and 35 years old Working Conditions: \- MYPE payroll registration **SCHEDULE: Rotating** **Monday to Friday:** First shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.** Second shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.** Third shift: 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,150.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
