Job Summary: We are seeking a POS Terminal Maintenance Operator to perform external cleaning, basic maintenance, and fault logging, supporting operational activities in the lab. Key Highlights: 1. That’s why we foster an inclusive and collaborative culture where everyone belongs, grows, and evolves. **Responsibilities and Duties** See what your day-to-day will look like: **Job Responsibilities** * Perform external cleaning of POS terminals following established procedures. * Carry out basic maintenance of cables and chargers, including cleaning, visual inspection, and preparation for testing. * Identify and log cosmetic defects in equipment and accessories. * Sort and organize equipment for diagnosis, repair, or dispatch. * Support operational activities within the lab, such as equipment organization and relocation. * Comply with safety protocols, use of anti-static mats, and proper handling of electronic devices. * Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with lab standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to fill this position? **Academic Requirements:** * **Completed secondary education.** * No formal technical training is required, but short workshops or training courses in maintenance or basic electronics are desirable. **Experience:** * **No formal prior experience required.** * A willingness to learn and basic skills in handling electronic or technological equipment are sufficient. * Personal or non-professional experience in repairing or maintaining electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones, computers, or small household appliances) will be valued. **Technical Skills:** * **Desirable knowledge of POS device equipment:** * Ability to perform simple tasks such as cleaning electronic equipment and inspecting the condition of external components (connectors, cables, batteries). * Ability to learn how to use basic diagnostic tools (multimeters, testers) through internal training. * **Accessory handling:** * Ability to clean and inspect accessories (cables, chargers, readers, etc.). * Charge and verify the status of batteries and other POS equipment accessories. **Additional Information** Our benefits: ➢ Base salary ➢ Meal allowance ➢ Transportation allowance ##### **Join our Architects of Change team!** We are over 7\.000 people transforming realities through technology and talent.
