Job Summary: We are seeking a Road Conservation Assistant to support the Road Inspector in inspecting, verifying, and controlling road infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. This position supports the Road Inspector in inspection, verification, and control activities related to road infrastructure, by conducting field data collection, measurements, recordkeeping, reporting, and visual inspections. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Civil Engineering or related fields (formal education is not decisive; practical experience is prioritized). * Minimum 1 year of field experience related to road infrastructure, maintenance, or basic supervision. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct daily inspections and patrols to assess the condition of road infrastructure. * Record incidents, deterioration, signage, traffic conditions, and photographic reports. * Assist with measurements and quantification of conservation works. * Verify contractor-performed activities and document construction progress. * Support warehouse and inventory control, including materials, tools, and equipment. * Perform basic minor conservation tasks as directed by the Road Inspector. * PCI support: Identify and report Insufficient Condition Parameters detected on the road. * Prepare daily reports and maintain up-to-date field records. * Support other operational conservation activities assigned by the Road Inspector.
