Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Sales Associate with or without experience to serve customers, showcase footwear lines, assist with organization and cleanliness, and manage merchandise in Arequipa. Proactive communication with customers regarding promotions We are Calzados Azaleia Perú S.A., and we are looking for top talent for the position of **Store Sales Associate \- Arequipa (CC Parque Lambramani).** **Requirements:** * Experience or no experience in customer service and/or sales. * Strong positive attitude. * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge. * Immediate availability to start work. **Responsibilities:** * Appropriately serve customers, demonstrating courtesy and respect. * Showcase the various footwear lines available at the counter. * Assist with store organization and cleanliness. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers to announce footwear promotions and offers. * Receive, count, and verify merchandise delivered to the store warehouse. * Print barcodes and label corresponding footwear items. * Organize footwear by line and place merchandise on designated shelves within the warehouse. * Handle cash register duties and perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift. * Observe and analyze consumer behavior regarding preferences and tastes. * Perform any other duties assigned by management. **Conditions:** * Formal employment contract with full benefits from day one. * Corporate discounts. * Working hours: 9:45 AM to 10:00 PM (5 working days and 2 days off) We look forward to welcoming you!
