Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and responsible Kitchen Assistant to actively collaborate, maintain organization, and ensure food quality and safety within a dynamic team. We are a Peruvian fast-food company specializing in smoked dishes and appetizers, and we are looking for a passionate, responsible, and growth-oriented Kitchen Assistant. What will be your mission? Active Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellence in our culinary service. Organization: Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of work areas and utensils. Quality and Freshness: Verify ingredient freshness before and during service. Safety: Ensure strict compliance with food and sanitary safety regulations throughout the preparation process. Requirements: Experience: With or without prior experience (we will train you if you have the right attitude!). Attitude: Dynamic, proactive, responsible person with strong teamwork orientation. Skills: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the pace of a fast-food kitchen. Documentation: Valid Sanitary ID card (or ability to obtain one promptly). Residence: Living in areas near the establishment or having convenient transportation for the closing shift. Education (Preferred): Technical studies in cooking, gastronomy, or related fields (not mandatory). What We Offer: Compensation: S/. 1,200 monthly. Fixed Schedule: 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Ideal if you prefer free mornings for studying or other activities). Work Environment: A young, dynamic team and an excellent workplace atmosphere. Learning: Ongoing training in smoking techniques and kitchen management.
