Customer orientation, effective communication, and teamwork Job Opening – **GENERAL ASSISTANT** Company: EMMA Project: Tía María Work Regime: 20 days on / 10 days off Hiring Mode: Full payroll inclusion with 100% statutory benefits **Requirements:** * Completed primary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions or proven knowledge validated through internal assessment. * Previous positions: general assistant, dishwasher, cleaning assistant, production assistant. * Basic knowledge of: * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Good Storage Practices (GSP). * Occupational safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Washing and drying of tableware, kitchenware, trays, pallets, and kitchen/warehouse equipment. * General cleaning of internal operational areas. * Support in restocking kitchenware, food, and beverages before, during, and after service. * Transportation of food, materials, and kitchen utensils. * Proper collection and disposal of waste. * Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Reporting incidents and participation in safety trainings and drills. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Stress tolerance. * Teamwork. * Dynamism and energy. **Conditions:** * Work regime: 20 days on / 10 days off. * Applicants must reside in: Arequipa, Cusco, Puno, Moquegua, Tacna, or Lima. * Full payroll inclusion from day one, with all statutory benefits. * Relocation bonus for applicants not based in Arequipa. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation.
