Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hostess with customer service background to deliver high-quality food and beverage service, assist with simple preparations, and manage meal attendees. Entry control and meal attendee registration **Job Opening – HOSTESS** Company: EMMA Project: Tía María **Work Schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off** Employment Type: Full payroll enrollment with 100% statutory benefits **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in customer service or similar positions (e.g., cleaning assistant, waiter/waitress, dispatcher). * Basic knowledge of: * Standards for excellent customer service. * Occupational safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver high-quality service in food and beverage handling. * Assist in preparing refreshments, snacks, breakfasts, and simple sauces. * Control entry and registration of meal attendees. * Perform cleaning and restocking of tableware, modules, and the dining area before, during, and after service. * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Report incidents and participate in safety training and drills. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Stress tolerance. * Productivity and dynamism. * Adaptability. **Conditions:** * Work schedule: 20 days of work x 10 days of rest. * Applicants must reside in: Arequipa, Cusco, Puno, Moquegua, Tacna, or Lima. * Full payroll enrollment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Relocation bonus for applicants not residing in Arequipa. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation.
