Responsibilities * Assist in preparing and organizing ingredients according to the chef's or kitchen supervisor's instructions. * Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment. * Assist in assembling, plating, and dispatching dishes during service.
