Join a company in expansion D'Mare Sushi seeks a Kitchen Assistant with experience in preparing maki and poke bowls. **Location:** San Borja **Schedule:** Part-time or full-time **Shift:** Morning **Salary:** From S/. 600 \+ meals We are looking for a new member for our kitchen team in the maki assembly area: someone passionate, proactive, and eager to grow within a brand that resonates with urban, Asian, and authentic vibes. **What responsibilities will you have?** * Prepare maki rolls meeting the brand's quality and presentation standards. * Verify ingredient quality and pre-cooking production. * Keep your station organized and maintain cleanliness of the work area. * Handle utensils and ingredients properly. * Report incidents and defective ingredients. * Perform other duties assigned by your direct supervisor. **What qualifications must you meet?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants or hotels.
