Responsibilities: **Inspect products according to operational criteria.** Select and classify products based on quality standards. **Identify defects and report incidents detected during the process.** Comply with established operational, safety, and food safety procedures. **Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.** Meet assigned production and quality targets. Requirements: **Completed secondary education.** Experience in production, quality inspection, selection, or operational activities (preferred). **Availability to work in Lurín.** Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night). **Ability to perform standing work throughout the shift.** Responsibility, commitment, and goal-oriented mindset.
