Main Responsibilities * **Setup:** Adjust machine parameters. * **Operation:** Operate equipment throughout the shift to meet production quotas. * **Quality Control:** Continuously inspect garments or materials to ensure designs are free from stains or defects. * **Maintenance:** Perform basic cleaning and lubrication of machinery to prevent failures or wear. * **Attention to Detail:** Ability to position garments or supplies on the machine with millimeter precision. * **Teamwork:** Coordinate with design, cutting, and sewing departments to expedite orders.
