Production Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer with experience in multi-family building construction projects to plan, control, and lead field teams, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate field teams for production. 2. Implement and manage the Production Room using the Last Planner System. 3. Analyze deviations and establish corrective actions. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PRODUCTION ENGINEER! WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Bachelor's degree or licensed Civil Engineer. * Experience in production for multi-family building construction projects. * Proficiency in and application of the Last Planner System. * Experience implementing and managing the Production Room. * Proficiency in Lookahead planning, PPC (Percent Plan Complete), and constraint analysis. * Knowledge of the S-Curve, productivity rates, and performance metrics. * Proficiency in Excel and MS Project. * Leadership and field team coordination capabilities. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Plan and control various production fronts. * Lead and actively participate in the Production Room. * Develop and monitor the Lookahead and weekly schedule. * Measure and analyze PPC (Percent Plan Complete). * Identify, manage, and resolve constraints prior to execution. * Monitor productivity rates, performance, and physical progress. * Coordinate contractors, personnel, equipment, and resources required for production. * Analyze deviations and establish corrective actions. * Maintain continuous coordination with Planning, Technical Office, Quality, and Site Management. Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
