Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Supervisor to lead, supervise, and support the commercial team, develop strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction within the country's largest private healthcare network. (Preferred) * Sales techniques workshop/course (Desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level) * Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise, monitor, and support the activities of the assigned team. * Develop commercial plans aligned with corporate objectives, coordinate their execution and/or necessary adjustments. * Generate reports on clinical activities, reporting team performance and progress to immediate supervisors. * Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through personalized, high-quality service. * Analyze KPI results and commercial team performance, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and providing feedback. * Notify Human Resources (HR) of staff absences, medical leaves, and vacations. * Supervise and coordinate commercial executives’ visits to companies, ensuring activities are efficient and aligned with commercial goals. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary. * 15 annual salaries. * Profit-sharing. * San Pablo Family Health Plan. * CTS and July/December bonuses. * EsSalud. * Career development path.
