Full payroll enrollment from day one A major logistics operation is currently seeking **Warehouse Assistants** to join its team in **Huachipa**. If you are looking for formal employment, are available to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), and wish to enroll in payroll from day one, this opportunity may be right for you. REQUIREMENTS * Men aged **18 to 45 years**. * With or without prior work experience. * Availability to perform operational and physical work. * Genuine availability to work **rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night**. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Peruvians: Valid DNI. * Foreign nationals: Valid Foreigner’s ID Card. * Availability to commute via available shuttle routes. WORK SHIFTS **Morning Shift** * Schedule according to operational planning. * Possibility of up to **2 hours of overtime**. * Meal allowance covered at **70%**. **Afternoon Shift** * Schedule according to operational planning. * **No overtime hours.** * Meal allowance covered at **70%**. **Night / Early-Morning Shift** * Schedule according to operational planning. * Possibility of up to **2 hours of overtime**. * Meal allowance covered at **100%**. **Important:** Overtime applies exclusively to the **morning and night/early-morning shifts**, based on actual hours worked. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS * **Base salary: S/ 1,300** * Competitive remuneration, above market standards. * Overtime pay for morning and night shifts, as applicable. * Meal allowance coverage according to shift. * **Shuttle bus service**, per established routes and stops. * **Full payroll enrollment from day one.** * CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios). * Bonuses (Gratificaciones). * Vacation leave. * EsSalud (Peruvian national health insurance). * All benefits mandated under Peruvian labor law. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Receiving and dispatching products. * Loading and unloading goods. * Picking and packing. * Storing and organizing products. * Preparing orders. * Verifying products and quantities. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Complying with safety and quality procedures. * Supporting various operational activities within the logistics operation.
