Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer to develop execution plans, manage changes in construction projects, and ensure compliance with quality standards and schedules. Responsible for production and quality management and control On behalf of our client, a leading company in the construction sector, we are searching for top talent for the position of **QUALITY ENGINEER** _____________________________________________________________________ **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Develop Project Execution Plans (PEP) at each stage of the study, corresponding to operational topics according to the Assigned Target Budget. * Manage changes during project construction to minimize impact on cost and schedule. Manage and negotiate claims with the client. * Provide necessary resources and support to each site, including human resources and material supply, in coordination with various departments of the company. * Establish and standardize workstreams for the company's business units. * Responsible for the company's production and quality management and control _____________________________________________________________________ **WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION?** * Manage the construction site team (plan, organize, direct, and control) for the portfolio of awarded projects, ensuring construction meets scope, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
