Opportunity for professional and personal growth **SALES SUPERVISOR** Villa El Salvador – On-site **Job Description** A sports betting company is looking for a **Supervisor**, directly responsible for the cashier team, achieving sales targets, and monitoring revenue collection both in-person and via the online channel. We seek an operational, firm, and results-driven profile capable of managing personnel, cash, and high customer volumes in a highly demanding environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct supervision of the cashier team * Achievement of daily sales and revenue collection targets (in-person and online) * Cash handling, cash counts, end-of-day reconciliations, and cash management * Responsibility for cash discrepancies and daily control * Supervision of online operations (customer service, bet tracking, and deposits) * Promotion of sales in-person and across digital channels * Resolution of operational incidents * Monitoring and evaluation of team performance **Requirements** * Experience leading teams * Cash handling and cash control experience * Goal-oriented mindset * Experience in online customer service or management * Availability for rotating shifts * Ability to demand results and work under pressure **Employment Conditions** * Salary: S/1,400 to S/2,000 (based on evaluation) * Bonuses for target achievement * Full-time availability and willingness to work overtime as operationally required * **Overtime compensated in accordance with applicable law** * Payroll under REMYPE regime * Benefits as mandated by law **Work Schedule** * Rotating shifts every 15 days: * 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. * 6 working days and 1 day off * **Fixed day off assigned between Monday and Thursday (non-rotating)** Note: We seek a candidate highly motivated to grow both professionally and personally.
