Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and coordinate objectives and procedures governing activities in accounting, cost, tax, and payroll departments. Coordinate and supervise timely and accurate monthly and annual financial closings for issuance, explanation, and delivery to clients. Ensure accounting and financial activities comply with local legislation, tax regulations, and internal procedures, maintaining appropriate supporting documentation. Conduct critical analysis of balance sheet accounts and income statements, ensuring reasonableness of balances and early detection of inconsistencies prior to final report issuance. Other duties related to the position. Requirements: Degree in Accounting 3–4 years of experience (preferred) Solid knowledge of accounting processes Proficiency in Starsoft system Effective communication skills Leadership abilities Adaptability Problem-solving and situational management skills Conditions: Willingness to work in Surco Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Competitive market-based salary MYPE payroll type (15 days of vacation, half bonus in July and December) Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
