




Position Summary: Credicorp Capital is seeking an Audit Analyst to evaluate the effectiveness of the Internal Control System, identify risks, and propose improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate the effectiveness of the Internal Control System. 2. Identify risks and associated controls for processes. 3. Propose and draft recommendations and improvement opportunities. **Credicorp Capital** invites you to Turn Challenges into Opportunities and become our next **Audit Analyst**, responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of Credicorp Capital Peru’s Internal Control System by participating in audits and consulting engagements, gathering information, and identifying risks and associated controls for those processes. Assess appropriate governance over the aforementioned processes and test the effectiveness of identified controls. Additionally, propose and document observations, recommendations, or improvement opportunities arising from the audit performed. ### **What will you do?** * Review internal or external regulations related to the processes to be audited, as well as applicable best practices. * Map and document audited processes and identify related risks and controls through interviews with responsible personnel and walkthrough testing. * Evaluate and propose risk criticality, control classification, and testing procedures for such controls. Document this information in the risk and control matrix for the audited processes. * Evaluate the existence and design of controls and test their effectiveness and compliance. Document testing procedures according to the established audit methodology. * Prepare a draft of audit observations resulting from the audit performed, reviewing it with the audited units and the responsible Audit Management. ### **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Accounting, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering. * **Experience:** +2 years in internal/external auditing, internal control, or compliance. * **Knowledge:** Process modeling and improvement, as well as knowledge of various organizational business processes; COSO and ISO 31000. Familiarity with investment products or financial instruments, portfolio management, and market risk. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * **Desirable Certifications:** Certifications related to financial information assurance, risk management, and internal control evaluation (e.g., CIA, CFSA, CFA, ISO 31000, among others) are desirable. * **Languages:** Intermediate English. * **Skills:** Effective communication, critical analysis, organization. ***This posting is open to persons with disabilities.***
