




Position Summary: This position manages and organizes administrative and clinical record-keeping processes for Research and Development (R&D) projects, ensuring the quality and consistency of clinical information. Key Highlights: 1. Manages administrative and documentary processes for R&D projects. 2. Supervises and validates the quality of clinical information registration for patients. 3. Does not involve methodological design or advanced statistical analysis. **Position Objective** Ensure proper administrative and documentary follow-up of Research and Development (R\+D) projects conducted at InSalud, as well as supervise and validate the quality, consistency, and integrity of daily clinical and electronic patient information records collected during patient care, which support the execution of R\+D projects. This position does not involve study methodological design or advanced statistical analysis; rather, it focuses on managing, organizing, and controlling processes related to research and clinical record-keeping. **Academic Qualifications** Technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Public Management, Statistics, or Systems Engineering **Minimum Required Experience**: \- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in administrative project monitoring, document management, or process control \- Experience in validation, supervision, or auditing of databases (desirable). \- Experience in the health sector or in social projects will be valued but is not mandatory (desirable). **Responsibilities** Administrative project monitoring for research * · Monitor adherence to project timelines and deliverables. * · Maintain up-to-date documentation for each project (protocols, consent forms, reports, current versions, others). * · Coordinate with researchers and clinical staff to ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures. * · Consolidate and prepare periodic administrative reports. * · Prepare documentation for internal or external audits. 2\. Supervision and validation of daily patient records * · Verify correct entry of information into clinical histories and InSalud’s electronic records. * · Validate consistency between information recorded by healthcare personnel and information self-reported by patients via electronic forms completed on their mobile devices prior to consultation. * · Identify incomplete fields, inconsistencies, data entry errors, or relevant omissions. * · Prepare periodic data quality reports and reports on identified challenges in information recording. * · Propose improvements to electronic forms and record-keeping processes. * · Implement checklists and standardized procedures for information quality control. **Technical Competencies** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Basic knowledge of databases and electronic record systems (basic level). * Familiarity with data quality indicators (completeness, consistency, timeliness) (desirable). * Ability to systematize documentation. * Clear writing skills for administrative and technical reports.
