




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to manage key HR processes—from recruitment through employee wellness and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages attendance, recruitment, hiring, and offboarding processes. 2. Handles T-Registration, personnel files, payroll, and employee benefits. 3. Supports compliance with labor regulations, training programs, and employee wellness activities. LATIN CABLE PERÚ S.A.C., a telecommunications company specializing in fiber optics, is seeking a: HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR: REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or Human Resources roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Basic knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations. * Preferred: Experience in companies under the MYPE regime or in the telecommunications sector. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and monitor staff attendance, including calculation of working hours, vacations, leave requests, and medical licenses. * Support the full recruitment and selection process: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination and scheduling, and candidate communication. * Execute hiring procedures: preparation of employment contracts, renewals, severance settlements, and other labor-related documents. * Register staff hires, terminations, and dependents in the T\-Registration system, and track contract validity periods. * Safeguard and maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. * Prepare payroll slips, calculate payroll and employee benefits in accordance with current regulations. * Supervise timely delivery of payroll slips, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), uniforms, and other required documents to staff. * Coordinate onboarding for new hires and properly manage employee offboarding processes. * Provide in-person support to staff to address questions, complaints, or labor-related inquiries. * Assist in coordinating training sessions, informational talks, and employee wellness activities. * Support regulatory compliance management and reporting to SUNAFIL, and review the institutional electronic mailbox daily. * Monitor compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, internal policies, and current labor laws. * Collaborate in monitoring and implementing the Integrated Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Actively participate in organizing and executing corporate events. * Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors or management.
