Opportunities for professional growth and skill development. **IT Intern / Technical Support** **Job Summary** We are looking for an **IT Intern** or **recent graduate** with strong potential to join our technical support team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our systems. **Responsibilities** * Use AI (Claude), provided by the company, to test and modify applications developed by the same AI for insurance management. * Organize and track software license management. * Provide support for software updates and maintenance. * Assist in documenting and updating technical specifications and development processes. * Support the integration and maintenance of applications and digital tools. * Any other requirements, primarily within the IT area. **We Offer** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours (hybrid). * Contract under a paid training agreement. * Work modality initially onsite, transitioning to a hybrid model. * Opportunities for professional growth and skill development. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Information Technology, Systems, or related fields. * Familiarity with or knowledge of CLAUDE AI. * Basic knowledge of technical support and incident resolution. * Familiarity with operating systems and application software. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and willingness to work collaboratively. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in San Borja, Lima
