Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Accounting Analyst to perform the recording, validation, and reconciliation of accounting transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with suppliers and internal departments **Junior Accounting Analyst** At CSI, we are looking for a **Junior Accounting Analyst** to join our team. **Position Objective** To execute the recording, validation, and reconciliation of the company’s accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with internal and tax procedures, and providing reliable information for accounting closings. **Main Responsibilities** * Record in SAP invoices related to assets, technology services, vehicle fleet, and administrative expenses. * Account for reimbursements, fee receipts, expense reports, and petty cash. * Reconcile information recorded in SAP with supplier portals and electronic invoicing systems. * Review and record equipment imports and their related expenses. * Validate payment vouchers, XML files, CDRs, tax withholdings (detracciones), income tax retentions (retenciones), and other supporting documents. * Verify correspondence among invoices, purchase orders, goods receipts, and internal authorizations. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies in observed documents. * Provide support for accounting closings, audits, and internal reviews. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in voucher recording, accounts payable, or support for accounting closings. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of Peruvian taxation, electronic vouchers, and tax withholdings (detracciones). * Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP system is desirable. * Availability to work in Miraflores under a hybrid model, with 1 remote workday per week. **Benefits** * Indefinite-term employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Six-month probationary period. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage for the employee and dependents. * Annual performance bonus. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Hybrid work model with 1 remote workday per week.
