We invite you to join our team as a **Level 1 CyberSOC Analyst**. **The ideal profile: Is it you?** * Technical or university graduate in Telecommunications, Systems, Computer Science, Networks and Communications, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Certifications and/or courses in cybersecurity, networking, or related areas. * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, operating systems). * Experience using or familiarity with security monitoring and detection tools such as SIEM, XDR/EDR, and Brand Protection solutions (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, e.g., SOC analyst, security monitoring, perimeter security, or NGSIEM solution administration. **Extra points (preferred):** * Knowledge of Firewall – IDS/IPS * Intermediate English proficiency * Basic Linux knowledge **Core responsibilities and challenges you’ll take on with us:** * Monitor and analyze security alerts, reporting potential incidents. * Track alerts and escalate critical cases to Level 2 or Level 3\. * Immediately notify clients of critical incidents to minimize risks. * Respond to requested investigations, providing technical analysis and clarifications. * Prepare reports with statistical analysis of solution performance. * Conduct shift handovers, documenting open cases and pending actions. * Coordinate with internal and external teams for incident resolution. * Other duties related to the position. **Benefits to grow together:** * Professional development opportunities and career path. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage.\* * Birthday leave day. * Ongoing training and certifications. * Recognition-oriented culture and collaborative environment.
