Professional development toward higher leadership positions **Join our team and lead the evolution of Data Analytics in Regional Finance!** At **Credicorp Capital**, we are seeking a **Data Finance & Analytics Leader**, a strategic role within Regional Finance responsible for leading the transformation of financial and business data into reliable, traceable, and actionable information that enables faster, more informed, and performance-oriented decision-making across the entire region. **What will be your purpose?** Act as the reference point for financial data management and evolution, connecting the needs of the CFO, Efficiency, Planning, Accounting, Treasury, Risk, and business lines with Technology and Data teams to develop analytical capabilities, information models, and scalable solutions that generate strategic value for the organization. **What will be your scope and impact in this role?** * Lead the data, analytics, and automation roadmap for Regional Finance. * Design and evolve financial information models related to revenue, costs, profitability, and key business-line management variables. * Develop KPIs, executive dashboards, and analytical solutions to facilitate strategic decision-making. * Drive automation and transformation initiatives, promoting more efficient, scalable, and sustainable processes. * Lead functional governance of financial data, ensuring consistency, traceability, and quality of information and KPIs. * Build analytical capabilities within Finance and coordinate initiatives with regional teams and cross-functional areas. * Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, complex, regional environment. **We are looking for candidates with:** * Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Financial Analytics, or financial transformation. * Experience handling and analyzing large volumes of data using SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools such as Power BI. * Ability to translate business needs into high-impact analytical solutions. * Experience in financial environments or businesses with highly complex data requirements. * Knowledge of building information models, automation, and data exploitation to generate strategic insights. * Leadership, influence, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills. * Ability to operate effectively in matrixed and regional environments. **What do we offer?** * A role with regional impact and high business exposure across 6 countries. * The opportunity to lead the evolution of Data Analytics within Finance and build strategic capabilities with direct impact on decision-making. * Participation in transformation, automation, and data governance initiatives with visibility among regional leaders. * Professional development toward higher leadership positions within the organization.
