We are seeking an **Inventory Analyst** for our **Distribution Center in Lurín**, responsible for controlling, reconciling, and analyzing finished goods inventories, ensuring record accuracy and compliance with storage and dispatch procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct **physical inventories** of finished goods and supplies, and prepare monthly stock reports. * Control the **receipt and dispatch** of finished goods at the Distribution Center. * Monitor and control **confiscations or shrinkage** in warehouses. * Analyze **inventory discrepancies** and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments. * Ensure product **traceability** upon request from Quality or Audit departments. * Propose **improvements to control and inventory management procedures**. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in **Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in inventory control or warehouse management within logistics or mass-consumption companies. * Knowledge of **inventory counting and stock control**. * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency (ERP or SAP user-level knowledge is desirable). * Availability to work in **Lurín, Southern Lima**. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. * Continuous training in warehouse and inventory management. * Opportunities for professional development and career progression. * Positive work environment and job stability.
