Position Summary: Microbiology professional responsible for performing microbiological analyses on food samples, ensuring integrity, reliability, and regulatory compliance at every stage of the process. Participation in internal and external audits **Position Objective:** To perform microbiological analyses on food samples while controlling and tracing each stage of the analytical process according to technical and regulatory requirements, thereby ensuring test integrity, result reliability, and compliance with standards established by INACAL and SANIPES. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Microbiology or related field; currently licensed and in good standing with the professional association. * Minimum 2 years of experience conducting microbiological testing. * Basic knowledge of laboratory safety. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Familiarity with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard\. * Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. **Responsibilities:** * Perform microbiological analyses while controlling and tracing the entire assigned analytical process according to required technical specifications. * Analyze food samples, fish meal, oils, and fats using laboratory-predetermined techniques. * Protect the integrity of assigned test items, ensuring traceability and clear, orderly, and complete documentation in established records. * Monitor critical analytical points through quality control of the applied method or technique. * Record performed analyses and enter data and results into the system, verifying consistency between samples and obtained results. * Participate in internal and external audits conducted by INACAL and SANIPES, demonstrating technical proficiency in procedures and regulatory knowledge.
