Position Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to supervise and ensure quality in environmental monitoring and sampling activities, implementing procedures and maintaining the quality management system.

ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analytical services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking an **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR \- PIURA**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Technical or graduate degree in Chemical Analysis
* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
* NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025 standard
* Basic Statistics (optional)
* Technical or basic English (optional)
* Microsoft Office (minimum: Word, Excel, PowerPoint basics or user level)
* Class A2B driver’s license
* Minimum of 03 years performing sampling or environmental monitoring activities
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Comply with and ensure staff compliance with the QMS policy and other management system guidelines
* Identify deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement within the management system or service delivery procedures for Operations, and initiate actions—within one’s authority—to prevent or minimize such deviations
* Maintain, identify, and develop continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
* Plan, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate all Operations activities (monitoring and sampling)
* Develop and/or supervise Sampling and Monitoring Plans
* Evaluate field reports, including measurement results obtained by field analysts
* Guarantee and/or maintain up-to-date records specific to operations services
* Ensure proper execution of field services and implementation of quality assurance for field service activities
* Implement technical procedures and instructions specific to the Operations process
* Conduct on-site supervision of monitoring and***/or*** sampling activities
* Evaluate the technical competence of field analysts
* Coordinate sampling and/or monitoring service activities with clients
* Maintain confidentiality of client information
* Evaluate, control, and ensure adherence to established turnaround times for issuing test results and/or field measurements
* Other duties as assigned
