A food concession company providing services to well-established market companies is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Minimum 3 years of payroll experience (mandatory). \-Experience managing payroll for over 300 employees. \-End-to-end payroll process expertise: \-Calculation, validation, filing, and payment of labor taxes. \-Knowledge of: Labor legislation (Small Business Regime), SUNAT, PLAME, and AFP Net; Life Insurance Law (MINTRA). \-Proficiency in Novasoft and payroll ERP systems (BUK, Fractal or similar). (Mandatory) \-Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and office software. **Main Responsibilities:** \-Collect and validate income, overtime, and deduction data for payroll processing in Novasoft. \-Calculate labor benefits (provisions, vacations, bonuses, and CTS). \-File and pay AFP contributions via AFP Net. \-File and pay labor taxes through SUNAT. \-Register employee hires and terminations in T-Registro. \-Prepare payroll-related accounting journal reports. \-Distribute payroll slips to employees. \-Monitor and ensure adherence to the operational schedule. \-Validate accurate payroll calculation and report generation (quality control) prior to client submission. **Working Hours:** \-Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Benefits:** \-100% covered lunch. \-Career development path.
