Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to track and control investment projects and manage fixed assets, coordinating across various departments to ensure execution. Key Highlights: 1. Interdepartmental coordination **Responsibilities** * Track and control investment projects, monitoring progress, costs, budgets, and schedules. * Prepare management reports and indicators related to project status and progress. * Manage physical and documentary control of fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and inventories. * Maintain up-to-date fixed asset information in the ERP system and verify existence and condition. * Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, Accounting, and Finance departments to ensure proper project execution and asset management. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in fixed asset control, asset register management, inventory control, or similar functions (preferably in industrial companies). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * ERP system experience. **Conditions** * Compensation: PEN 2,500 to PEN 3,000, depending on evaluation. * Formal employment under the General Regime with all statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals. * Work location: Callao. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (in-person).
