Training program in technological competencies **Job Description** We are currently seeking a Java Developer to work directly on our internal team for a stable and long-term project with a major client in the insurance sector. Responsibilities: * Analyze, design, and autonomously develop optimal technical solutions according to standards, based on high-level specifications. * Perform development tasks requiring medium-to-high expertise level. \- Participate in medium-to-high complexity developments with management capability. * Identify and analyze the technical implications of proposed solutions, raise alerts, and propose corrective actions. * Identify current needs and opportunities for improvement in assigned technologies/applications. **Profile** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum of **5 years** of programming experience. * Advanced experience in RDA, RPA, and automation using UIPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate Desktop (MS Power Platform). * Mandatory certifications: SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python. **About Inetum** Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
