The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing user needs, providing functional support, and training clients to ensure proper system utilization. **Responsibilities** * Analyze user requirements and needs. * Provide support and guidance to clients in using the system. * Train clients on platform functionality. * Resolve functional inquiries clearly and courteously. * Document processes and user guides. * Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure a positive experience. **Requirements** * Ability to **learn quickly**. * Excellent **client interaction and communication skills**. * Ability to **explain and train users**. * Basic knowledge of **software or technological tools**. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Organization and responsibility in task follow-up. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer service or system support. * Experience training users or implementing software.
