




Position Summary: We are seeking a recent graduate Accounting Assistant with basic knowledge of accounting systems and ERP to manage transaction recording, prepare accruals, and conduct account analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of revenue, procurement, and sales 2. Preparation of monthly accruals and tax returns 3. Analysis of balance sheet accounts, revenue, and expenses **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT / IMMEDIATE HIRING IN ANCON** Requirements: * Graduate from a university and/or institute in Accounting. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of accounting systems and ERP. * Relevant courses and/or seminars related to the specialty. Functions and Responsibilities: * Entry of invoices and service items. * Entry of procurement and sales transactions. * Monthly accruals: payroll, professional fees, accounts receivable and payable, depreciation, amortization, insurance, rent, and others. * Preparation of monthly PDT and PLE reports. * Review of consumption on manufacturing orders (per diems and local expenses). * Allocation of account 6 to account 9. * Analysis of balance sheet accounts. * Analysis of revenue and expense accounts. * Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
