Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage stock control, material receipt, procurement coordination, and warehouse maintenance, ensuring operational support across various tasks within the department. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics experience and advanced Office/Excel skills. 2. Inventory control and updates, procurement and supplier coordination. 3. Support in equipment maintenance and quotation requests. Service: Logistics Assistant Work Mode: Full-time * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or similar roles. * Basic-to-intermediate Office proficiency. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Valid driver's license. Immediate availability to start work. Responsibilities: * Stock and inventory control and updates. * Delivery and receipt of materials and supplies. * Procurement and supplier coordination and follow-up. * Basic warehouse, office, and common area organization and maintenance. * Support in mobility and equipment maintenance and control. * Monthly quotation and procurement requests. * Performing basic office maintenance tasks. * Maintaining an updated inventory of tools and equipment used in services. * Other duties inherent to the logistics department.
