On behalf of our client — a leading company specializing in wastewater treatment — we are searching for top talent to fill the position of **Engineering Assistant** within their Engineering, Services, and Environmental Systems Projects department. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technician or graduate in Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Industrial Administration. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar administrative/operational support roles within engineering. * **Specific Knowledge:** Preparation of technical reports and project/purchase tracking dashboards. * **Skills:** Proficiency in ERP systems and office tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive support to the engineering department across all operational requirements. * Supply detailed information for project procurement dashboards. * Support quotation tracking for direct sales from the environmental division. * Manage and request approval of supplier quotations from Department Heads or Management. * Prepare and track purchase reports for equipment, instruments, and services. * Enter quotations and purchase orders into the company's ERP system. **Terms and Benefits:** * **Employment Status:** General Regime with 100% statutory benefits effective from day one (6-month renewable contract). * **Insurance:** Statutory life insurance included. * **Working Hours:** Administrative schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:15 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM). * **Location:** Chorrillos. **Additional Benefits:** * **Work-Life Balance:** Half-day off on your birthday. * **Summer Program:** Early departure on Fridays from January to March (subject to vacation conditions). * **Growth:** Opportunity for career progression and continuous training.
