




Job Summary: Responsible for reviewing the production schedule, preparing and enabling inputs, coordinating shipments, verifying the quality and quantity of enabled items, and controlling stock. Key Highlights: 1. Meet the enabling dates according to the production schedule. 2. Ensure traceability of enabled items by production order. 3. Maintain an organized warehouse with up-to-date information. * Review the production schedule and priorities defined by PCP. * Prepare and enable trims and inputs by style, production order (PO), size, and color. * Coordinate and execute shipment of enabled items to cutting, sewing, and finishing departments. * Verify that enabled items comply with technical specifications and required quantities. * Record receipts and issues of enabled items in the system (ERP). * Control trim stock levels, identifying shortages, surpluses, and losses. * Coordinate with PCP, Production, and Procurement in case of stockouts or adjustments to enabled items. * Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile them with the system. * Support return and regularization of surplus enabled items from production. * **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Meet the **enabling dates** according to the production schedule. * Prevent enabling errors (mixing of sizes, colors, or styles). * Ensure traceability of enabled items by PO. * Maintain an organized warehouse with up-to-date information.
