The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production operations, coordinating staff work, optimizing processes, and ensuring **quality** standards across all our activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and/or degree in Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in related positions. * Experience in team supervision and quality control. * Knowledge of ERP systems, quality regulations, and industrial safety standards. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work with objectives and goals, meeting established schedules. * Responsible, proactive, and punctual attitude. **Required Experience and Skills:** * Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations, ensuring production efficiency and effectiveness. * Production quality control. * Inventory management, order fulfillment scheduling, production orders, purchase orders, etc. * Dispatch management and handling. * Supervision of plant operators, fostering a safe and productive work environment. * Efficient management of resources and materials, minimizing waste and costs. * ERP system operation, production reporting, productivity tracking, etc. * Ability to lead and manage process improvement projects from planning through implementation. * Capability to analyze and evaluate existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
