At 5A Proyectos, a company dedicated to furniture manufacturing for projects, we are looking for an organized and proactive individual to manage internal procurement, warehouse, and administrative support processes. This position is critical to ensuring timely material supply, orderly inventory management, and compliance with the team’s administrative documentation. The role involves direct coordination with operations and reporting to management. Responsibilities * Manage procurement of materials and supplies for production. * Issue purchase orders and track deliveries. * Record material receipts and issuances. * Maintain inventory control for materials and tools. * Ensure warehouse organization and traceability. * Keep personnel documentation up to date. Candidate Profile * Highly organized and detail-oriented individual. * Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously. * Skill in coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. * Proactive approach to maintaining order and process tracking. Requirements * Experience in administrative procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations. * Proficiency in Excel or other management tools. * Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or similar industries (preferred). * Residency in Villa El Salvador or neighboring districts for on-site work.
