Job Summary: We are seeking responsible Concrete Mixer Operators to verify vehicle operability, documentation, and safety; perform transportation trips; and maintain the unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain concrete mixer trucks. 2. Ensure vehicle operational readiness and safety. 3. Transport concrete and ensure its proper discharge. **We Are Hiring Concrete Mixer Operators!** At YANA Consulting, we are currently recruiting **Concrete Mixer Operators** for a leading cement industry company, with 4 vacancies available for **Villa El Salvador** and 4 vacancies for **Oquendo**. **Job Profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a mixer operator or driver. * Valid **Class A3C driver’s license**. * Experience in concrete transportation, construction, mining, or similar projects. * Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection, vehicle documentation, and worksite safety. **Responsibilities:** * Verify mixer operability before starting work: lights, oil levels, fuel, drum, and general unit condition. * Check vehicle documentation: registration certificate, SOAT insurance, technical inspection report, cargo transport permit, and vehicle insurance policy. * Perform 2–3 trips per day, depending on operational requirements and demand. * Comply with safety protocols at plant and construction sites. * Inspect and carry required equipment for concrete slump testing and discharge. * Maintain the mixer in good condition, ensuring no material leakage occurs. * Perform appropriate washing and cleaning of the unit after operations. * Report any defects, malfunctions, or incidents occurring during transit or discharge. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 2,300\. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Bonus per cubic meter delivered. * Subsidized meals (S/2\.50\). * Paid overtime. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Includes 1-hour lunch break.
