A Master’s degree in Project Management, Port and Maritime Management, Engineering, or related disciplines is mandatory; alternatively, a professional degree plus specialization in Project Management, Engineering, or related fields, and at least one (1\) additional year of specific experience in this position. Desirable: Specialization in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Public Investment Projects, Quality Management Systems, Multiannual Investment Program, Financial Monitoring, Port Infrastructure and Logistics, and/or related areas. Minimum five (5\) years of general work experience since university graduation. At least three (3\) years in managerial, supervisory, or equivalent positions leading departments with similar characteristics or responsibilities in public and/or private companies and/or national government entities. Minimum two (2\) years of experience in public and/or private companies and/or national government entities relevant to the corporation’s sector(s). Mandatory proficiency in MS Office and intermediate-level English language skills. **FUNCTIONS:** Lead, coordinate, and supervise the comprehensive management of the Institutional Project Portfolio and the company’s investment and strategic projects, aligned with institutional objectives, strategic priorities, and applicable corporate policies. Administer and maintain the company’s Institutional Project Portfolio up to date, including classification, evaluation, prioritization, monitoring, and balancing—based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and institutional priorities. Propose portfolio prioritization to the General Management, considering contributions to institutional objectives, operational impact, resource availability, risks, expected benefits, and execution capacity. Establish, propose, and supervise implementation of the company’s project management model, including methodologies, standards, procedures, tools, instruments, indicators, and monitoring and control mechanisms. Coordinate project planning and scheduling, aligning institutional needs with strategic objectives, the Institutional Project Portfolio, and the company’s priorities. Conduct comprehensive monitoring and tracking of project performance based on information provided by responsible units, considering physical progress, financial status, contractual compliance, scope, schedule, cost, quality, milestones, and expected outcomes. Establish and monitor critical milestones, deliverables, and control points for projects, issuing timely alerts regarding deviations that may affect scope, schedule, cost, quality, or outcomes.
