A well-known premium hosiery manufacturer is looking for a **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** capable of maintaining control over our inventories, movements, and dispatches. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in warehouse, logistics, or similar areas. * Experience in warehouse control, inventory management, and related functions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse KPIs, **FIFO/FEFO**, and others. * Availability to work in Lurín. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor product, raw material, and merchandise inflows and outflows. * Receive and verify quantities and conditions of products. * Manage merchandise storage, proper location, and distribution. * Identify damaged, surplus, missing, or defective items. * Control shipping documents, forms, records, and warehouse movements. * Prepare and deliver orders, coordinating with relevant departments. * Conduct periodic inventories, monitor KPIs, and prepare management reports. * Ensure proper preservation of products, materials, and equipment. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and internal procedures. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, plus other tasks assigned by supervisors. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under the General Regime, with 100% statutory benefits. * Market-competitive salary \+ Profit-sharing \+ SCTR insurance. * Job stability and a positive work environment.
