Job Summary: We are seeking experienced pizza makers to prepare artisanal pizzas and maintain an organized kitchen in a restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: \* Completed or ongoing technical studies in gastronomy. \* Minimum 2 years of experience in production and preparation of artisanal pizzas. \* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food handling. \* Availability to work in the Surco district (Monterrico) on split shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Ensure everything is organized and ready for service \- Preparation of pizzas and accompaniments \- Preparation of the corresponding mise en place \- Responsible handling of utensils assigned by the restaurant \- Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
