Supervising compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations A distribution company with over 10 years of market presence, located in ZARATE \- SJL, is seeking a **JUNIOR WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily activities related to goods receipt, storage, order preparation, and dispatch. * Coordinate and assign warehouse staff tasks, ensuring daily objectives are met. * Monitor product inflow and outflow, ensuring all related documentation is complete and accurate. * Verify proper goods storage, maintaining order, cleanliness, and product rotation. * Supervise order preparation to ensure timely and complete dispatch. * Participate in cyclic and general inventory counts, analyzing discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations, promoting appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Train and guide new staff on warehouse operational procedures. **Requirements:** * Experience: At least 6 months as a supervisor or 1 year as an assistant in logistics or distribution companies. * Academic qualification: Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Residency: Must reside in Eastern Lima; preference for ZARATE or SAN JUAN DE LURIGANCHO. * Work schedule: Sunday to Friday, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. **Company Benefits:** * Compensation: PEN 1,800.00 to PEN 1,900.00, depending on evaluation. * Access to corporate discounts. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
