If you are proactive, highly safety-conscious, and passionate about precision mechanical assembly, **Responsibilities** * Perform assembly, alignment, and installation of metal structures, industrial mechanical equipment, and rotating equipment (preferred). * Interpret technical drawings, isometric diagrams, and engineering specifications. * Adjust and level heavy machinery and high-precision components. * Operate hand tools, power tools, and light lifting equipment safely. * Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards at the worksite. **Requirements** * Graduate of Technical Programs in Maintenance Mechanics, Metal Structures, Production Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial projects, mining, energy, or metal-mechanical sectors. * Advanced proficiency in reading mechanical and isometric drawings. * Solid knowledge of measurement tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, dial indicator). * Valid certifications (preferred): Working at Heights, Hot Work, or Rigger. * Immediate availability to work at the workshop (Ventanilla, facing Mi Perú) and for occasional site visits Salary: S/.1,000.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What are your salary expectations? * Where do you reside? * Please indicate your availability Work Location: On-site employment
