




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed professional to provide support in tender processes, from identifying and tracking tender opportunities to submitting bids and managing documentation, while coordinating with internal departments and public entities. Coordination with internal departments and public entities **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Law, or related fields. * Preferably with training in: State procurement. * Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Tender Management, **(mandatory)** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office software (Word/Excel/PPT). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Searching for and tracking tender processes across various national and international platforms. * Reviewing tender documents, drafting queries, and preparing summary tables. * Supporting the preparation of technical proposals (e.g., annexes, templates, signature coordination, etc.). * Submitting bids and monitoring the process until award decision. * Managing tender- and contract-related documentation (e.g., bank guarantees, insurance policies, required documents). * Coordinating with internal departments and public entities. * Performing other administrative duties as assigned. **SKILLS:** Proactive, Committed, Team-oriented, Effective communication, Service-oriented mindset, Sense of urgency.
